Whether your game is hockey, basketball, volleyball or the beautiful game. We can make you a better athlete. All of our programs are designed around the principles of developing a strong core, lateral quickness and explosive leg speed and strength.
Our focus is fitness and making you the the best athlete you can be. We work with athletes of all ages with a focus on youth athletes, that are striving to take their skill and athleticism to the next level. So whether you just made the the select team, and now want to separate yourself from the other athletes, our program can make the difference.
We have a 6 week program that will help youth athletes, increase skill and gain confidence in sport. The program works on the following:
- A strong core so that they cannot be easily pushed off the ball.
- Increase leg strength to improve shot strength and passing range.
- Increase quickness to attack or break way from defender.
- Increase lateral quickness to increase agility.
- Increase in vertical leaping ability
- Increase in Joint strength to prevent joint injuries, such as sprained ankles and knees.
